This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you place a KeyaPad pre-order and how we use it.

What we collect

When you pre-order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address so we can process and deliver your order. Card payments are handled by maib (Moldova Agroindbank); we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information solely to process your order, send order and shipping notifications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers needed to fulfil your order — our payment processor (maib), our email provider (Resend), and shipping carriers — and only as required to complete your purchase.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@pen.engineering.
