These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of KeyaPad products. By placing a pre-order you agree to these Terms.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves a KeyaPad unit from an upcoming production run. The full price is charged at checkout. Estimated shipping dates are estimates and may change; we will keep you informed of material changes by email.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the product page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by maib (Moldova Agroindbank). You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address. Any import duties or taxes that may apply in your destination country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Warranty & liability

KeyaPad hardware is covered against manufacturing defects. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
